Hair Growth Notes uses AI to write first drafts and to make some of its pictures. This page explains where AI fits on Hair Growth Notes and where I take over.
Where AI Is Used
- First drafts. AI writes the first draft of each Hair Growth Notes post. For researched guides, that draft is built from the pages already ranking for the search.
- Structure and wording. AI suggests an order for steps and lists, and plain wording for cuts, color levels and styling steps.
- Illustrations. AI-generated pictures on Hair Growth Notes show a cut, a color or a style. They are not photos of a real client.
Where I Take Over
- Reading. I read every post, as Jack N. Goodwin, and approve it before it goes live.
- Comparing figures. In researched guides, numbers in the draft are compared with the source pages, and mismatches are flagged for me. Idea posts and roundups skip this step.
- Cutting. If a line sounds sure of itself but can’t be backed by those pages, I take it out.
Pictures From Other People
Many pictures on Hair Growth Notes come from people who share them publicly on Pinterest or Instagram. Each one shows the @handle of the account that shared it, linked to the post it came from.
